Cast and Crew Participation Fees

Thank you for being a part of the Lincoln High School Theatre Department!


The participation fee required to be a part of the Fall Musical or Spring Play covers the following items that participants receive for being a part of the show:

  • A show t-shirt
  • A unitard to be worn under all costumes (cast only)
  • Some costume incidentals (cast only)
  • Dinner prior to dress rehearsals and evening performances
  • Breakfast prior to the afternoon performance on Sunday
  • Food at the cast party

Please note that there may be some costume items that cast members must provide themselves.


The payment deadline shown here is later than the actual deadline to allow for late payments that have been arranged in advance. The actual payment due date for each show is communicated after the show begins via BAND and email.
